They put a sale item in their flyer. Got the flyer Saturday and went first thing Sunday Morning and they were "out". The item was a Dewalt refurbished compressor for $199.00 Great price and Dewalt makes a good product so I don't mind the refurbished part. What a piece of *** store, bought a $12,000 pressure washer under warranty and go to fix a part and they "bandage" the part. Needless to say the part breaks during a big job on weekend, oh yea and parts and services are closed on weekends. What a joke. Add comment

I bought a 60 gallon Puma single stage air compressor simply because it was advertised at 12CFM@ 90 PSI. which is a bit beyond the usual minium of 11.5 CFM@90PSI for common/low end sand blasting tools. Upon stumbling across the actual Puma website, I found the actual specs from the company. It was listed at 11.2CFM@90 psi which falls BELOW the common minimum of 11.5 and definitely not 12CFM. So,... Champion Power Equipment sent me to Northern Tool for warranty service on a portable generator that was very difficult to start. Northern Tool had diagnosed 'bad gas' before I even agreed to leave the machine. Rather than work with Champion under warranty they claim it was bad gas and charged me $55.00 to 'fix' it. On December 28th I ordered a Klutch Bench Sander from Northern Tool. It cost $235 plus $68 shipping. It shipped two days later via UPS. I ordered a natural gas heater ($200). UPS left a notice on my door. Said an adult, 21 or over had to sign for the heater. I have to *** from work for a three hour block of time to be available to sign. I will lose, in wages, half the cost of the heater to do that.
