I ordered something on Wednesday with expedited shipping for $18. My entire item cost $29. Meaning it was probably urgent that it get shipped. Do you guys charge my card as of last Wednesday when I ordered it and then tried emailing me saying that the billing address didn't match up. I found a part online for $39.99 and when i went to the part department i spoke to Sean,he said that part was $78 instead,i asked him if i can get a discount after buying a $1800 spray rig,he said no,and he was rude Add comment

Worst service I've ever had ! Ordered parts for pressure washer that took over a month to get and never got a call. Had to call them. Hampton Va. Mercury blvd.Never shop northern again ! Add comment

I placed an order online 6 days ago. 2 days after it was still not processed so I called to get a status update. Customer Service Rep said it was flagged as fraud, but no further action was required on my part and the order would processed. 3 more days go by I call on Monday morning and they say it is still flagged for fraud. I am definitely NOT A PISSED Consumer. I've had years of great product support — especially from their tech support department. Let's start with my pressure washer. I bought their electric pressure washer model number # 1573011. It didn't work from day one. I made multiple trips to the store trying to fiqure out the problem. Even had North Star send me parts. I guess I am not alone with bad products with this company. I purchased a small power inverter about a year and a half ago and it lasted about 7 months and died. So I called Northern Tool and they told me to send it in at my expense of course and I did and they sent me another one under warranty and this second one lasted about 4 months and it also croaked deader than a doornail. Ha LOLNorthern Tool is a laughing joke.The company is only running on borrowed money just research it yourself.In 2012 they took about a 200 million dollar loan threw several companies. A large golf company was one of the people who bought into Northern.Just spend a little time doing some research on Northern like I did. Northern keeps their NYSE exchange symbol anonymous. Very disappointed in Northern Tool. I bought a drag rake and it broke on the 5th use(2 weeks old) of dragging a ball field. I was told we needed to pay shipping to return the item and the shipping was over $45. Bought a second heavy duty drag. It took over 10 days to get here when I was told it would be here in 3 days. The store in Ocala Fl. is a gem for crappy customer service. When you take an item(*** eater)back to them for warranty service, they try to force the client to prepay before they even look at it and most of the time they have an excuse not to return the prepayment.never have I seen where you have to prepay for service before is done.I planNot to ever buy anything from this crooks.
