I have bought many items in Tulsa! I have never had any problems. The staff very nice and knowledgeable of products. The female sales lady is the best very friendly and always smiling! I recommend this store highly!!!! Add comment

yes i bought a3000is from them somebody else had returned it, went through shop repair and was running good when i picked it up, went to job it ran for 5 hrs with no issues then quit, now it will not start,, i spent 1700.00 for it and the warrenty, tried to talk to steve the mgn. but got the cold sholder he just walked out of the store, i was told i could get the full replacement warrenty but... I ordered a Honda Generator from Northern and was given a delivery estimate of January 21/22. When I checked for an ETA with the trucking company just now, I am getting an estimate of January 26. The most infuriating aspect about this is the trucking company will pass my delivery point and continue some 200 miles(+) into California, where it will be switched to another truck, to be shipped to... Company uses UPS and they guarantee that the package will arrive late to your home. I have ordered 2 items from them and each one was delayed by UPS. Customer service at northern tools confirms that although they know 90%+ of the packages they send arrive late they still use UPS. They are also aware that USPS would be cheaper and would be more supportive of the American economy. They flat out... Read more

If you ever go into Northern Tool in North Fort Myers looking for an item that is on clearance, which is an additional 75% taken off, don't expect to find it. I went in looking for an item and the employees were the ones getting first pick at the items. I have seen management coming out with multiple power tools. Add comment

My husband went in to Northern Tool to return a scaffold that was bought for his business. The scaffold was paid in full but had to be shipped to the store. I husband picked the scaffold up on his work truck and stored it in the business warehouse only to find out the job that he purchased the scaffold for was not moving forward. We ordered a heater exchange for our home on December 21st while they were offering a "FREE DELIVERY UPGRADE" so that we could get it before or by Christmas. It turns out that the person who took the order did not give us the upgrade that they were advertising and after several phone calls we were told that there was nothing that they could do for us.
