Northern Tool And Equipment - Had to call them in order for my product to ship.

It's not my first time ordering this certain product from Northern Tools. Seeing where my business is right now, I actually need this product. But, thrice have I ordered this product them and these last two times have I had to call them in order for it to ship. And on top of it all, they didn't have the decency to tell me the truth as to why it didn't ship on the set date.
