Ordered advertised airless sprayer, to be delivered to their local store.Stopped in store to ?

why they had not called me, turns out 2 days after I orderd Northern cancelled " no longer available".

I called the 1-800 number this am,spoke to a young well trained customer service girl " i'm sorry" and all that who had to put me on hold so she could get the facts (translastes, to speak to my supervisor). Said "on hold at warehouse,"a problem with the vender". Same happened to my bro. last year.

Pattern??I spent $$$ at Northern, but not anymore...

Common practice for this company.Worked there for 2 years.

They consistantly sell items on order from a vendor, but not in any warehouse.

Salesmen are directed by management to lie to customers and tell them item will arrive in 1 to 2 weeks.Some customers have waited months for items.


don't expect to get your money back.that is forbidden by the greedy owner.the warranty is only good if you want to replace the item for more chinese junk.go to harbor freight will give money back...
