why they had not called me, turns out 2 days after I orderd Northern cancelled " no longer available".
I called the 1-800 number this am,spoke to a young well trained customer service girl " i'm sorry" and all that who had to put me on hold so she could get the facts (translastes, to speak to my supervisor). Said "on hold at warehouse,"a problem with the vender". Same happened to my bro. last year.
Pattern?? I spent $$$ at Northern, but not anymore...
