I bought a propane space heater that was making my family sick. Procom brand, bought it last summer a refurb.

started using it this winter, i asked Northern tool to help me interface with mfg with this serious issue and both times they sent me down the road. I don't think it's a good idea to deal with these folks especially they won't help you with a deadly issue... I'm taking my tool business some place else like harbor freight, sears.

The heater i bought was the exact same model I had and now we are using the old one that works fine.. These folks need to recieve the Mean A Hole Award

Monetary Loss: $100.
