Northern Tool And Equipment - Very Poor Service
We placed an order it was supposed to be 7-10 days ground shipping delivery after 18 days we called they said it was shipped & received by XYZ person, that person was me the office manager; this was not true I investigated the shipment turns out it was shipped to the wrong company wrong address in AZ we are in FL! We requested a reshipment they have No overnight or rush service available so now we must wait another 7-10 days.
If customer service was better the moment they realized the shipment was sent to the wrong address they should have resent us the part and contacted us to let us know of the mistake the customer service made.
If we would not have contacted them we would never have gotten our order redone. Very Poor Management & Very Poor Customer Service.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $200.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
