Northern Tool And Equipment - Worst ever customer service
I bought a new motor for my riding mower and it was received damaged. Northern Tool would not take care of the problem.
I am currently going through my credit card to dispute the charges. Never again will I patronize them. I have gone back and forth for a week through email correspondence. I offered to have them simply discount the amount of the damaged part and I would replace it myself and they would not agree.
I have since contacted my states Attorney Generals office and will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to try to get a resolution.
Aparently I need to write more words in order to get this review published. Seems kind of odd.
Reason of review: Damaged or defective.
Monetary Loss: $168.
Preferred solution: Price reduction.
